The VanHorn family would like to take a moment to express our deepest gratitude to each and every student with whom we had the privilege of sharing our passion for Martial Arts. The memories and bonds forged during our amazing eight years in Warrenton will forever hold a special place in our hearts.

As we look ahead to the future, we will be continuing our Martial Arts training at Rise Martial Arts, under the guidance of our instructor, Senior Master Ross Lee. We extend an open invitation to anyone interested in continuing (or starting) their journey to black belt.

TEACHING LIFE SKILLS

DISCIPLINE

Discipline is to obey what is right. It means to practice good habits. And what are good habits? Simply put, they are behaviors that make us better human beings. Discipline begins with obedience. When we are children we must obey our parents, teachers and mentors, since they are the ones who are responsible to show us the right path.
